Unless we bend current trends, it will get more difficult for families with children to find suitably sized housing they can afford, resulting in longer commutes and diminished in-city diversity. The Seattle Planning Commission addresses this challenge head on, proposing multiple strategies to increase attractive housing choices for families. Commission leaders will outline their Family-Sized Housing Action Agenda and lead a discussion on ways communities can gain traction on this front.
