This session will cover case studies of the first LBC tenant improvement (TI) projects ever undertaken. Speakers include the project managers, energy analysts, and materials experts who led the completion of four TI projects located in dense, urban cities in the U.S. and Asia. Teams completed renovations in Los Angeles, Chicago, Beijing and Shanghai in spaces ranging from 6,500 to 17,500 square feet, impacting historic buildings and sky-high towers worldwide.
